scammer; use kijiji add to offer more money and direct you to a fake paypal phising page

Andrew Morgan is a scam!!! I was scammed like a dumb f*ck! I was selling a phone and he offered me more than I was asking, the phone was for his partner James Perry. I had to ship the phone to Miami, that is why he was giving me an extra. Later, I received an email from PayPal saying the money is gonna be in my account 5 days later, so I shipped the phone, then it started. I received another email from PayPal saying the amount was below the personal account limit, so I had to expand my account to a business. But to expand it this Andrew had to send me another payment of $500 US. Then I received a email saying as my money was pending I had to send the money back but to someone he choose, he told me it was his cousin in Nigeria. I went to the post office to send money via MoneyGram. The next day I received a new Email from PayPal saying the payment Andrew did had an error and was doubled so I had to send another $500 US back so that my account would be credited immediately $1000 US + the money for the phone. So I went back to the post office but MoneyGram wouldn't let me send more money to protect me. I called MoneyGram and they refund me via Canada Post luckily for me. But then I checked my mailed and had one from PayPal saying I would face consequences of legal actions so I had to send the money within 6 hours then I tried again and MoneyGram didn't get through the transaction this time neiher. Then I called PayPal because I was feeling scammed and they told me there was no transactions in my account during the last week. When I told him what they told me he said I had to email them not call them. Then PayPal replied me with their real email, so I told him this to and by now I've got no more news from this guy.

He juuuuuust tried to scam me using an e-transfer scam. Thank god I had the post office hold onto my package until I figured out if it was legit or not. The e-transfer said you had to supply a tracking number for the money to be sent... once the tracking number was verified you would receive your money. Once I determined it was a scam I took my package back from the post office. I am out the $17 shipping cost... but at least I am not our my iphone.

Paypal tell me they never send a email to your personal one.Paypal use only your account mailling.
Also, i wa recieve email from ''PAYPAL'' where he ask me to put traking number to finish transaction (faulse one). But to have a traking number you have to send it, right!
Canada Post could intercept your package only if it already in Canada. But after Canada post could do nothing. You have to call, for exemple, USPS, and they will not intercept your package for many reasons. What is my option now! My package (as Camera and lens) could not be intercepted.

Kijiji scammer. Here are some tips to recognize them.

1-They ALWAYS offer you more money to send the item to a third party (sister, brother, uncle, aunt, daughter, son etc...) that is studying or working abroad.
2-They will never want to meet in person
3-They always request to pay via paypal or moneygram/western-union etc
