I got a text from this number pretending to be from easypark and saying I had an outstanding balance, and if I didn't pay by the end of the day I'd owe them $150. They sent me a link to pay through (which I didn't use) and when I looked up the number it said it was a Dominican Republic number (I'm in Australia). I had just got the exact same text from a German number a couple of minutes before, so clearly a huge scam.
