This message claimed I had to pay a parking fee (undisclosed amount or where or when) and that if I didn't pay by tomorrow, a debt collection agency would be engaged and I would incur a fee of $150. This is a scam. They also tried to contact me on another number stating the same thing. Beware.

I received a text message demanding payment of outstanding parking fees with one day notice or a $150 fee would be added and my "file" handed to a debt collection agency and threatening to cancel my licence. I'm in BNE and have never heard of this before, let alone parking illegally. Beware. This, I believe, is a scam.
