They will call several times a day, all hours, every day, for months at a time. It is always a threat of legal action if you do not call back before the end of the day, "at the behest of their client" who they never name. Note that this is NOT a toll free number despite what it says on the recording. They are trying to trick you into calling a toll number out of fear.
