101 East San Fernando Street San Jose, California, 95112
They call themselves "Global Luxury Suites" but what they are is scam artists. They charged me 65% in added "taxes and fees" for a two day stay.
No customer service, not help, no staff to complain to or explain this. The guys at hotels.com refused to explain this scam extra charges.
Who in their right mind thinks 65% in extra fees of any kind are reasonable??!?!
