Got a text message, supposedly from Paypal Fraud Protection Team, stating that my account had been compromised. A payment of $485 would be made against my account if I did not respond. The phone contact number they gave is NOTHING to do with Paypal. These people are scammers, so if you get a similar message, DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM.

Sent a text from an overseas non genuine number (+17879056834) claiming to be paypal with a suspicious login and transaction saying payment will be finalized in 4-6 hours and says to call this nmber. This is not the official paypal number of +61-02-8223-9500 which is currently listed on their website. NEVER CALL NUMBERS IN TEXTS, if you feel unsure go to the official website and call that number
